The 4.2 model series is designed for industrial conditions for companies where the rip saw is one of the basic machines in production. It is recommended as a second machine after the band saw for processing board materials and thicker prisms up to a maximum height of 105mm. The designation 4.2 indicates the number of steel pulling rollers. In this version, there are 4 pulling rollers from the bottom and 2 pulling rollers from the top. The use of upper pulling rollers significantly increases the work and performance of the machine when working with heavy loads and is also recommended when processing dry lumber, where it often twists, while with the conventional concept with only lower rollers, the pulling efficiency and the contact area with the rollers are reduced. This concept is recommended for companies that require processing of thick and long prisms up to a maximum height of 105mm.
